Let's build
something good.
The things we
get asked most.
How do I know this actually works, not just sounds good?
We've got one finished case study so far: Maya Decoration, a real client, recovered $3,900 in missed-call revenue over five weeks after we put a missed-call system in. We're a young studio — we'd rather show you real numbers from one real client than a long list of logos we can't back up. See the full write-up.
What happens when the AI doesn't know the answer?
It says so and hands off. Every system we build has a clear escalation path — to a phone number, an inbox, or a person — so anything the AI can't handle doesn't just sit there unanswered.
What happens if it breaks, or gets something wrong?
We monitor what we build and get alerted if something fails — a call doesn't route, a bot errors out, an automation stalls. Two weeks of post-launch tuning are included with every project, so we're watching closely right when it matters most.
Am I locked into a contract?
No. Builds are quoted as a fixed-price project, not a subscription. After launch, ongoing support is an optional monthly retainer you can cancel any time — or you take the finished system and run it yourself.
Where does my customer data go?
It stays in the tools we set up for you — your CRM, your phone system, your calendar — under accounts you own, not ours. We don't sell it, share it, or train anything on it. If a project needs specific security or compliance handling, we'll flag that upfront before we start.
Do you work with non-technical business owners?
Constantly — most of our clients are. You don't need to know what a vector database is. You need to know what you're trying to fix for your customers; we'll handle the rest and explain anything we build in plain English.
Why no pricing on the site?
Because every project is different, and a price tag without context is misleading. After a 30-minute call we send a one-page quote with a fixed number. If we can't help, we'll tell you that too.
